3 | Client completes the Waiver/Contract Form and receives an introduction email. The examples of my training programs (RPE) is also covered in this email. |
4 | There is a specified start state and check-in day. Usually, the day before the start date is the check-in day. Programs will be supplied in excel format using Dropbox. |
5 | Clients will send a weekly email check-in to review their training week. You can ask any questions, make comments, or express concerns here, and I’ll reply to you via text/phone call Videos will be added to the Instragram training log. |
6 | Any week, a coaching call will be scheduled to review technique, address any concerns, go over the training block, and help make adjustments for the following training cycle. |
